About this Role
A Workday Deployment Data Conversion Analyst is active in every phase of a Workday deployment from the initial project planning stage all the way through to production support and can serve as several roles during a deployment, those being: Analyst & Solution Designer, Implementer, Tester, and Trainer.
Analysts will learn a host of Workday specific skills across the entire Workday suite including Workday configuration, security, business processes, testing and reporting.
Additionally consulting skills such as presentation, communication, building and maintaining relationships are a key part of the role and will be gained through training, on the job activities and mentoring from more senior resources.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about solving problems with strong written and oral presentation, fantastic interpersonal team focused skills.
Someone who is coachable, authentic, and resourceful with a detail orientated approach would be an excellent applicant.
A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites.
Responsibilities

- Shows excellent time management.
- Demonstrates great teamwork and contributes to their cohort, Workday area, and office.
- Develops work product under direction.
- Looks for opportunities to assist with internal initiatives or non-project work.
- Works studiously to learn Workday and consulting skills in their core area.
- Communicates issues effectively to customers and Invisors Project Team.
- Understands how to prioritize multiple tasks based on level of urgency and importance; early on will need guidance from coaches and more senior resources.
- Leads an internal pre-training session at least once during time as an analyst.
- Takes notes on meetings and shares relevant info with key stakeholders, updates requirements templates and KT documents.
- Teaches client counterparts key Workday functionality and helps new team members.
- Creates and executes test scenarios for all configuration changes made in the Workday environment.
