About this Role

The Change Management Lead is responsible for ensuring customer success by leading complex Change Management programs for customers deploying Workday HCM and Financial solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver innovative Change Management programs based on the customer's specific organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with customer Project Sponsors, Executives, Functional and Change Leads to analyze and understand the organizational climate for change.
  • Build and manage program-wide Change Strategy and Plans, driving adoption and customer success.
  • Develop high-quality communications and training deliverables and manage delivery of large-scale communication and training efforts.
  • Identify and pursue internal initiatives to continuously improve our offering to customers.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in change management or ERP system implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and engaging presence in a virtual setting.
  • Adept in learning new systems, testing and troubleshooting to understand system design.
  • Ability to work and build relationships across multiple functional teams.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Willing to travel 20% (as local requirements allow).
