About This Role
This position is part of the First‑Year College Hire Program, designed for 0–1 year consulting experience. The role focuses on learning Workday and consulting skills while contributing to team projects and internal initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork and contribute to the cohort, Workday area, and office.
- Develop work products under direction.
- Seek opportunities to support internal initiatives or non‑project work.
- Study Workday and consulting skills in the core area.
- Communicate issues effectively to customers and the Invisors project team.
- Prioritise multiple tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Receive guidance from coaches and senior resources early in the program.
- Lead an internal pre‑training session at least once during tenure as an analyst.
- Take notes on meetings, share relevant information with stakeholders, and update requirements templates and knowledge‑transfer documents.
- Teach client counterparts key Workday functionality and assist new team members.
- Create and execute test scenarios for all configuration changes in the Workday environment.
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of professional services or consulting experience.
- No minimum Workday ecosystem experience required.
- Strong time‑management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across areas.
