About this Role
As an Invisors PSA Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver projects, solve complex problems creatively, serve various industries, and mentor newer consultants. You will be the primary face of the PSA workstream for your clients, making your contributions highly visible and valued.
Internally, you will contribute to business development, process improvements, and team growth, playing a critical role in our success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Workday PSA skills, project and industry experience, and manage client requirement meetings independently.
- Lead discovery sessions for Workday PSA Financial projects.
- Lead a workstream, including tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology components.
- Estimate effort and scope for your workstream.
- Direct activities of consultants under the guidance of an architect.
- Facilitate client requirement meetings using core Workday skills and experience.
- Mentor lower-level employees.
- Assist supervisors and leadership proactively.
- Contribute to Invisors\’ internal goals.
Relevant Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of Workday PSA Financials or 2.5-5 years of relevant experience (record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, etc.).
- Prior consulting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
