About this Role
As an Invisors PSA Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver projects. This role offers the opportunity to solve complex problems creatively, serve clients across various industries, and mentor newer consultants. You will be the primary face of the PSA workstream for your clients, making your contributions visible and valued.
Internally, every Senior Consultant plays a key role in business development, process improvement, and team growth. You will be expected to contribute to internal projects as well.
Duties and Responsibilities:
An Invisors Financial PSA Senior Consultant must:
- Demonstrate Workday PSA skills along with project and industry experience, managing client requirement meetings independently.
- Lead discovery sessions for Workday PSA Financial projects.
- Lead a workstream, including tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology components.
- Have deep knowledge of their workstream and be able to estimate effort and scope.
- Direct activities of consultants associated with their project under guidance from an architect.
- Show core Workday skills and project/industry experience to facilitate client requirement meetings.
- Mentor lower-level employees.
- Assist supervisors and leadership proactively.
- Contribute to Invisors\β internal goals.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of Workday PSA Financials experience or 2.5-5 years of relevant experience (record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, etc.).
- Prior consulting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
