About this Role
- Consulting/Professional Services Experience – 1 to 2.5 years, Minimum Workday Ecosystem Experience – 1 year.
- Consistently lead client demos and explain Workday functionality without support.
- Occasionally called upon to serve as a Senior Consultant for a workstream.
- Demonstrates situational awareness.
- Develop routine deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Does not require direct instruction when conducting primary Workday implementation responsibilities.
- Works Independently and knows when to ask for assistance.
- Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of job responsibilities and core work product.
- Contributes regularly to internal initiatives.
- Contribute to methodology development in their area of expertise.
