As an Invisors Data Conversion Consultant, you will lead the Data Conversion (DC) workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants and externally by managing the design and delivery of Workday projects. On projects, you will work closely with functional architects across all Workday areas in scope, as well as manage cross-functional impacts with other domain leads. This role will allow you to coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system. In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisor's Senior Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our client offerings and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute on projects as well as contributing internally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Have the project, industry and Workday experience to guide project scope and design commitments with our clients.
- Proactively work with other areas of the project to develop solutions for requirements or to overcome planning challenges.
- A DC Senior Consultant will not simply advocate for the workstream but instead will look to develop the best solutions for the project, client, and Invisors overall.
- Read the room and tailor the approach appropriately with an ability to deliver difficult messages effectively.
- Have the ability to convert data for 4 or more workstreams and the aptitude to quickly learn a new workstream.
Relevant skills and experience:
- 3+ years of Workday data conversion experience and/or 4-6 years of industry experience using data transformation tools.
- Prior consulting experience required.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- SQL skills preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Data analysis or conversion experience in multiple industries.
- Experience with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools preferred.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Advanced Workday Reporting & Prism knowledge.
