Customer Care Operative Required for Defect Repairs on the A1 M1 Corridor.
Invision are currently representing a leading Construction company who are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operative to carry out warranty repairs on new build properties.
Key Duties:- Liaising directly with the aftercare / customer service teams in relation to defects that require immediate repairs and response.
- Experienced in repairing defects, which includes (but not limited to): carpentry work, doors, kitchens, plumbing and pipework, wall and floor tiling, and all concrete repair work and minor roof repairs.
- Carrying out repairs of defects within occupied buildings and live environments.
- Liaising with the Customer service teams, updating them on progress of works carried out.
- Carrying out repairs of defective work with the highest possible regard to health and safety, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Ensuring works are completed as soon as possible on the first visit; if this is not possible, liaise with the customer service teams to draft in a specialist if required.
- Communicating with client representatives in a polite and professional manner.
- Upholding the image of the company by maintaining a professional and smart appearance at all times.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Working for a national housebuilder / developer would be advantageous.
- Professional etiquette and appearance.
- Happy to travel into London.
- A basic Salary up to Β£45,000.
- All travel fully paid for via Company Fuel Card / allowance.
