The Role * Manage fire door and fire stopping projects across social housing contracts. * Oversee project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget. * Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and clients. * Monitor project progress, quality and commercial performance. * Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety standards and regulations. * Manage projects across the Milton Keynes and Watford areas. Requirements * Essential experience within the social housing sector. * Proven experience managing fire door and fire stopping contracts. * NVQ Level 7 Construction Senior Management * SMSTS * Strong leadership, organisational and client management skills.
