A leading specialist contractor is seeking a Fire Protection Supervisor to join their team, working across fire door installation and remediation contracts on social housing stock. Projects are delivered for local council authorities and housing associations throughout London and the Home Counties.
The Role
You will supervise site teams to ensure fire protection works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This includes:
- Overseeing fire door installation and remediation projects
- Coordinating operatives and subcontractors on site
- Ensuring compliance with specifications and fire safety standards
- Assisting operatives on occasion to support the team and maintain schedules
- Managing daily site activities, reporting, and documentation
About You
- Experience in social housing projects is desirable
- Strong understanding of fire door systems and installation/remediation practices
- Flexible and hands‑on, happy to assist operatives when needed
- Excellent communication and team‑working skills
- Willingness to travel across London and the Home Counties as required
Package & Benefits
