Customer Care Operative Required – Defect Repairs - Mostly A1 & M1 Corridor – Up to £45K + Van + Package

Invision are currently representing a leading Construction company who are recruiting for a Customer Care Operative to carry out warranty repairs on new build properties across the M1 & A1 Corridor.

Key Duties:

  • Liaising directly with the aftercare / customer service teams in relation to defects that require immediate repairs and response.
  • Experienced in repairing defects, which includes (but not limited to): carpentry work, doors, kitchens, plumbing and pipework, wall and floor tiling and all concrete repair work and minor roof repairs.
  • Carrying out repairs of defects within occupied buildings and live environments.
  • Liaising with the Customer service teams, updating them on progress of works carried out.
  • Carrying out repairs of defective work with the high possible regards to health and safety, ensuring compliance to health and safety at all times.
  • Ensure works are completed as soon as possible on the first visit, if this is not possible then liaise with the customer service teams in order to draft in a specialist if required.
  • Communicating with client representatives in a polite and professional manner.
  • Upholding the image of the company maintaining a professional and smart appearance at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • Working for a national housebuilder / developer would be advantageous.
  • Professional etiquette and appearance.
  • Happy to travel into London.
