We are seeking to speak with highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Fire Protection Division, playing a key role in the delivery of external works on social housing refurbishment projects across East London. This is a strategic position within a growing team, offering the opportunity to lead significant projects and make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects from inception through to final account.
- Lead cost planning, value engineering, and risk management activities.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.
- Oversee financial reporting and forecasting for one or multiple projects.
- Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure efficient delivery.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in quantity surveying within the social housing refurbishment sector.
- Experience leading large-scale or multiple concurrent projects.
- Background with tier 1 contractors is highly desirable.
