Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established main contractor delivering a major project in Oxford. This role offers the chance to take commercial leadership of a £25 million MEP package on a major scheme, working closely with a dynamic project team.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nAs Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the full commercial management of the MEP package from through to final account. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered to budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Full commercial responsibility for a £25m MEP package\\n\\n * \\n\\n Management of subcontractor procurement, payments, valuations and variations\\n\\n * \\n\\n Contract administration and risk management\\n\\n * \\n\\n Accurate cost reporting and forecasting\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supporting value engineering and cost-saving initiatives\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaising with project, design, and delivery teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved\\n\\n * \\n\\n Mentoring and supporting junior commercial team members where applicable\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within M&E or building services on large-scale construction projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong working knowledge of NEC or JCT forms of contract\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain a proactive approach to problem solving\\n\\n * \\n\\n Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)\\n\\nWhat’s On Offer\\n\\n * Basic Salary £80k-£95k\\n\\n * Car or Car Allowance\\n\\n * Pension\\n\\n * Healthcare\\n\\n * Bonus Scheme\\n\\n * Life Assurance\\n\\n * Other perks
