We are working in partnership with a leading MEP contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Bid Manager / Work Winning Manager to support a thriving division turning over circa 20-30 million per annum. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the bid function within a high-performing business unit, playing a key role in securing profitable, strategically aligned projects.
The Role
As Senior Bid Manager, you will lead and manage the end-to-end bid process, providing clear direction, structure, and motivation to the bid team. You will ensure that all submissions are commercially robust, strategically positioned, and fully compliant with company governance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the bid team and stay up to date with industry movements and trends to enhance credibility with clients
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to identify and convert work-winning opportunities into profitable contracts aligned with business strategy
- Develop and maintain external relationships to raise company profile, generate new opportunities, and understand the competitive landscape
