Job Description
Client\\n\\nMy client are a London based contractor operating across refurbishment, repairs and maintenance, new build and heritage sectors. They have been operating for over 40 years and have an extensive client base across local council authorities, housing associations, heritage estates, academic institutions, government bodies and more.\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduler with excellent communication skills. You'll play a key role in coordinating appointments, managing vital information, and ensuring smooth operations across client and project teams.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Liaise with client teams and residents to manage and coordinate appointments.\\n\\n * Maintain and update the client portal, keeping all information and performance data accurate and current.\\n\\n * Allocate new work orders to the appropriate trades promptly and efficiently.\\n\\n * Finalise project completions and validate all necessary documentation.\\n\\n * Collaborate closely with surveying teams on invoicing processes and account management.\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For\\n\\n * Experience working in the construction/residential industry.\\n\\n * Longevity with current or recent employer\\n\\n * Strong organisational skills and precision in managing multiple tasks.\\n\\n * Capability to maintain accurate data in client-facing systems.\\n\\n * Effective communication style when engaging with clients, residents, and team members.\\n\\nBenefits & Package\\n\\n * Competitive salary of up to £32,000 plus package.\\n\\n * Pension contributions\\n\\n * Annual leave\\n\\nIf this is an opportunity of interest and you believe you meet the requirements for this role, please apply with a copy of your CV.
