Due to continued growth, Invision Recruitment are now seeking to recruit experienced and trainee level Recruitment Consultants to join our team, located in our busy office in Bishop’s Stortford.
We are looking for a motivated and hungry individual to join us as we embark on our next phase of growth. We are also open to other sector individuals looking for a change of scene.
The Position
We are looking to recruit Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultants to work from our Bishop’s Stortford Office. Working directly with leading, high-billing Associate Directors to support and assist on key accounts as well as building your own desk within your specified sector. Due to business growth, an opportunity exists to join a high performing team. This professional team works directly with the leading Construction companies and maintains close relationships with the most respected and prestigious companies delivering a high level of service.

Candidate Sourcing Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, database, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing qualifications and fit for the job.
- Writing and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Conducting face to face meetings or Microsoft Teams meetings with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for the position.
- Presenting qualified candidates to clients, including providing detailed information about their skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Facilitating negotiations between clients and candidates regarding job offers, salary, and other employment terms.
- Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research, keeping up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and other market factors that may impact recruitment efforts.
- Gathering feedback from clients and candidates to continuously improve the recruitment process and service delivery.
- Collaborating with other members of the recruitment team, such as Managing Directors, Associate Directors, Consultants, Resourcing consultants / Trainee Consultants and the administration / finance team, to meet client needs and achieve recruitment targets.
