About the Company My client are a dynamic, multi-disciplinary contractor delivering high-quality passive fire protection and compliance services across the Southeast of England, including London and the Home Counties. With a focus on safety, quality, and innovation, we support tier-one contractors, developers, and principal contractors in meeting strict fire safety regulations across a wide range of new build and refurbishment schemes. Operating at the forefront of the fire protection industry, our services include: * Passive fire stopping and compartmentation * Fire door sets and fire curtain systems * Structural fire protection and intumescent coatings * Compliance inspections, testing, and digital reporting My client work extensively across the residential, commercial, and public sectors, with a strong portfolio of new build apartment blocks, mixed-use developments, and major regeneration projects. The Role: We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Passive Fire Contracts Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple live contracts across social housing refurbishment and commercial properties. Covering a geographical scope of London, and Home Counties. you will oversee the safe, compliant, and profitable execution of fire protection works in both occupied and vacant premises. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage multiple passive fire contracts, including fire stopping, compartmentation upgrades, fire door installations, and structural protection works. * Lead site-based project teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of works across multiple locations. * Liaise with clients, consultants, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed, met, and exceeded. * Ensure full compliance with industry standards (e.g. BS 9999, BS 476) and third-party accreditations (FIRAS, BM Trada). * Manage project costs, schedules, resource planning, and procurement in collaboration with internal teams. * Maintain high levels of quality assurance, accurate digital reporting, and H&S compliance across all sites. * Conduct site audits, pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and support technical queries from operatives or clients. Ideal Candidate: * Enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious with a strong desire to progress within a growing fire protection business. * Excellent technical knowledge of passive fire systems and installation methods across refurbishment environments. * Demonstrable experience delivering projects in social housing and commercial sectors – ideally with third-party accredited schemes. * Client-facing, confident communicator who builds trust and maintains positive working relationships. * Comfortable using digital systems and compliance platforms for reporting, QA, and programme management. * Relevant qualifications such as FIRAS/BM Trada, SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid, Asbestos Awareness – desirable.
