We are a growing construction and fit‑out business specialising in refurbishments within the education sector. We require a Project Manager in a Contracts Manager role to support projects from pre‑construction to handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle, including pre‑construction, commercial management, client liaison, programme coordination, and operational delivery.
  • Monitor programmes and budgets, ensuring they are maintained throughout delivery.
  • Attend client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Visit live projects regularly across office, site, and home‑working environments.

  • Cambridge – Sixth‑Form Fit‑Out (£400k)
  • St Albans – Sixth‑Form Fit‑Out (£110k)
  • Buckinghamshire – Conversion of residential property into Sixth‑Form facility (£2.2 m)

Compensation

Up to approximately £400 per day, or up to £95,000 plus a package.

Location & Travel

Based in Bedfordshire / Milton Keynes with nationwide projects. Travel is fully expensed at £0.45 per mile; accommodation is arranged via the company's Premier Inn account for overnight stays.
