The business delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across the South East, specialising in Education, Commercial, and Industrial schemes ranging from £5m to £30m.

The Role
You will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of high-quality tender submissions, working closely with technical, commercial, and operational teams to produce compelling bid documents.
Responsibilities include:
- Writing, editing, and coordinating bid submissions and PQQ responses
- Producing clear, engaging content for quality, methodology, and technical sections
- Interpreting technical and commercial information into persuasive written responses
- Managing multiple deadlines across concurrent bids
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather accurate project information
- Supporting continuous improvement of bid documentation and processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in a bid writing or proposal writing role (ideally within construction or civil engineering)
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style
- Experience producing detailed submissions, including quality and methodology responses
- Ability to translate complex technical and commercial information into clear, compelling content
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
