My client is currently seeking an experienced Bench Joiner Manager to join their workshop team in Edmonton, London. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well‐established joinery business producing high‐quality bespoke joinery.

The Company

My client turns over £50 million and is a general contractor based in Enfield, London who operate throughout the commercial office, retail, education, healthcare and hospitality sectors, undertaking projects up to £7 million.

The Role

As a Bench Joiner Manager, you will be workshop‐based and responsible for manufacturing a range of bespoke joinery items to a high standard, working from technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing bespoke joinery including doors, windows, cabinets, and other hardwood/softwood items
  • Reading and working accurately from drawings and cutting lists
  • Using workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Ensuring high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bench Joiner
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and modern joinery techniques
