Base pay range We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Interface Manager to play a pivotal role on a high-profile construction project at Heathrow. The project will be working for a major tier 1 contractor on a building project which has potential to grow into further work thereafter this scheme. Experience of working on projects at Heathrow previously is essential for the role. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing critical interfaces between work packages, stakeholders, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Act as the central point of coordination between all interfacing trades, design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders. Develop and manage interface plans, trackers, and protocols to proactively identify and mitigate interface risks. Lead interface coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of design, construction, and logistical clashes. Collaborate closely with project managers, construction managers, and package leads to maintain alignment on program milestones. Ensure timely information flow and that interface deliverables are met in line with the construction schedule. Monitor design and construction progress to ensure cross-discipline integration is maintained. Manage and report on interface issues, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned. Support quality, safety, and compliance processes related to interface activities. What\’s in it for you?
