My client is looking to recruit a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team, based from their offices in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career Quantity Surveyor who is looking to build a long-term career within the construction industry. You will work closely with experienced commercial professionals, gaining hands-on exposure across a range of construction projects while developing your technical, commercial and contractual knowledge.

The Role

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team with the day-to-day financial and contractual management of projects. Duties will include:

  • Assisting with cost planning, valuations and project reporting
  • Supporting the preparation of tender and contract documentation
  • Helping to manage subcontractor accounts
  • Assisting with variations, applications for payment and final accounts
  • Monitoring project costs and supporting budget control
  • Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring commercial records are accurate and up to date

About You

We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised and keen to develop a career in Quantity Surveying. You should have:
