I am currently working with a large construction company who are seeking to recruit a freelance site supervisor for a minimum period of 3 months. The project is a £1M commercial refurbishment scheme based in Crawley, West Sussex. The Site Supervisors primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This will also involve managing resources, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. The site supervisor will report directly to the project manager. Requirements; * Valid CSCS card / SSSTS / First Aid / Right to Work. * Available to start ASAP * Proven track record in similar site management roles.
