I am currently working with a large construction company who are seeking to recruit a Freelance Site Manager/ Senior Site Manager for a period of 9 months with a starting date of mid-October.
The project is a 10M commercial new build within Poole, Dorset.
The Site Manager\’s primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This will also involve managing resources, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. The site manager will be an Number 2 on the project reporting directly to the project manager.
Requirements;
- Valid CSCS card / SMSTS / First Aid / Right to Work.
- Available to start by mid-October (13.10.2025).
- Proven track record in similar site management roles.
