A leading main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use developments is looking to appoint an experienced Internals Manager / Finishing Manager for a major student accommodation scheme in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of Midlands-based projects, working on a fast-paced development delivering high-quality accommodation and amenity spaces.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the internal fit-out and finishing stages of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing all internal trades through the fit-out and finishing phases
- Coordinating subcontractors and driving programme performance
- Monitoring quality on site and ensuring snag-free delivery
- Managing health and safety
- Conducting inspections and quality checks throughout the build process
- Liaising with site management, consultants and subcontractors daily
- Managing handover processes and defect resolution
- Ensuring apartments and communal areas are completed to a high specification
Proven experience as an Internals Manager, Finishing Manager or Fit-out Manager.
