Invision Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Freelance Project Manager to oversee a £7m Commercial Refurbishment.
The Project Manager will be a stand alone No1 with full responsibility for client interface, buildability, programme and design/commercial strategies. My client have secured the project and it is going to be starting at the end of June/early July.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a No1 Project Manager
- Relevant project experience
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Own Car and Valid UK Licence
