We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join an Established Contractor. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of documentation across large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have hands-on experience with Aconex or ASite, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) using Aconex or ASite * Control the flow of documents, drawings, and correspondence between internal teams and external stakeholders * Ensure all documentation is compliant with project protocols and QA standards * Track and report on document status, outstanding actions, and overdue items * Support the production of O&M manuals and handover documentation * Provide training and onboarding for new users of the document control systems * Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance * Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely distribution of information Requirements: * Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction or engineering sector * Proficiency in Aconex or ASite document control platforms * Strong understanding of document workflows, transmittals, and version control * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams * Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Pro/Bluebeam * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal What is in it for you? * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on high-profile projects * Supportive and collaborative team culture * Career development and training opportunities * Flexible working arrangements (where applicable)
