Customer Service Manager Required – 5* House Builder –North Cambridge & Suffolk Region – Up to £70K + Package + 15% Bonus I am currently representing a Top Construction company who are seeking to recruit a Regional Customer Care Manager to operate within a Roaming capacity to oversee residential projects across North Cambridge & Suffolk Region. My client is currently one of the biggest residential construction companies in the country, turning over more than £850 million and opting to build quality over quantity. The Position Reporting directly into the Group Customer Care Director, you will be required to oversee warranty period’s on approximately 500 residential units across several major Cambridge Based Sites. * You will also Manage a team of Customer Service Co-ordinators, liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure the region delivers the service that is expected of a 5-star house builder. * Can solve problems and the technical knowledge to investigate and resolve defects in an efficient and professional manner, often working to deadlines.
