Our client is an award-winning refurbishment contractor with their Head Office based in London Bridge. They have multiple divisions spanning across Social Housing, Education, Commercial, and Healthcare sectors. My client has had an excellent 2024 and is expecting an even stronger 2025 coming up with a healthy pipeline of projects across London and the Southeast. They are looking for an experienced, client-facing Contracts Manager with experience in Fire Security. The successful candidate must be capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, from programming and planning to delivery. The client is looking for a candidate with strong contractual knowledge. The scope of works you will be overseeing could include anything from certified fire door installation and maintenance, fire detection systems, fire-rated glazing, compartmentation, and much more. My client is looking for someone with strong BM TRADA fire-stopping knowledge who has several years of experience managing schemes of this nature. Essential Portfolio of project history covering Fire & Security refurbishments Strong contractual knowledge Strong knowledge of BM TRADA Experience managing multiple refurbishment schemes concurrently Longevity with current or recent employer Own vehicle and driver’s license Open to travel across various sites within London and the Southeast Preferred NVQ Level 6 or above Experience managing Social Housing and Education schemes Carpentry background What’s in it for you?
