Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of a major West London PFP project from start to completion
  • Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and workmanship standards
  • Maintain commercial control, including budgets, cost tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and industry standards
  • Act as the main client and stakeholder contact on-site
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and programme delivery
  • Maintain robust QA, traceability, and audit-ready records
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficient delivery methods
  • Liaise with design and technical teams to resolve site issues
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and accountability

About You

  • Experience as a Contracts Manager/Project Manager in passive fire protection or social housing
  • Experience overseeing fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation packages
  • Strong commercial and organisational ability
  • Confident communicator and site leader
  • Full UK driving licence
