As part of this exciting development, the company is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to lead and manage public sector fire protection contracts within London. The Role You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple fire protection contracts, with a focus on public sector clients including local authorities, healthcare providers, and educational institutions. This is a key leadership position within the growing fire protection division, offering the opportunity to shape project outcomes and contribute to the strategic growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the end-to-end management of fire protection contracts across London. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and compliance. * Develop and maintain strong client relationships with public sector stakeholders. * Work closely with internal teams including design, commercial, and health & safety to coordinate project delivery. * Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to ensure consistent performance and quality. * Monitor progress, prepare reports, and identify risks and mitigation strategies. * Support the wider business in the development of fire protection processes and best practices. About You * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar leadership role in fire protection, passive fire systems, or specialist construction services. * In-depth knowledge of fire protection standards and public sector procurement frameworks. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. * Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements specific to fire protection. * Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously across various sites in London. * Relevant qualifications in construction management, fire protection, or related disciplines.
