A growing passive fire protection contractor working across London and the Southeast is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a key role within project delivery, supporting communication between commercial, technical, site, QA and compliance teams to help keep projects running smoothly from pre-construction through to handover.
The role will focus on helping prepare projects before they start on site, including collating key information such as fire stopping details, drawings, RAMS, product data, approvals and programme details. The aim is to ensure everything is in place for a smooth and compliant start on site.
You’ll also support quality and compliance processes, including assisting with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), tracking any non-conformances, and helping to ensure issues are resolved and closed out properly. Day to day, you’ll be working closely with design, commercial, procurement, site teams and external contractors, acting as a key point of coordination to help keep information clear and projects moving in the right direction.
