We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Assistant to join our team, supporting over 900 users across multiple offices and sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software.
- Log and resolve IT support requests, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist with PC builds, installations, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support IT team with hardware setups and system maintenance.
- Help manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
