Executive Assistant Required – Construction Company Invision Recruitment is recruiting for a major construction company specializing in high-end contracting and development across London and surrounding counties. Role Scope We are seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to report to the Sales and Marketing Director, providing personal assistance to them and administrative support to their team. The successful candidate will support the Group Sales Director, a top executive within the business. Responsibilities include managing communications, appointments, diaries, travel arrangements, producing agendas, minutes, and key meeting paperwork. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Managing Directors, Department Heads, Consultants, Clients at various levels, and the Company’s Board.
