Purpose
The Designer's role is to solve creative problems and communicate solutions clearly with visual media. They contribute to the development of various creative outputs, ranging from marketing collateral to digital product interfaces. You are a highly skilled designer with an instinct for compelling imagery and concepts. You are a creative problem-solver with a Tâshaped design skillset, you have a strength in one core skill; developing at least two others. Creates work that supports project goals with guidance.

Logistical Requirements
The Designer will be based in London. Hybrid schedule with working structures to be defined. The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $86,000 USD annually (based on location and experience) with medical, dental, vision, life insurance and unlimited PTO. Travel within the US and internationally may be required based on client and company needs. As a fullâtime employee, the role may involve working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client deadlines.
