Job Overview:
First impressions define long-term relationships. As our Delivery Lead, you'll be responsible for making sure every new customer goes live with confidence ensuring requirements are delivered on time and customers are already feeling like they made the right decision choosing us. This is a hands-on, dynamic role sitting within our Operations team. You will need to be as comfortable co-ordinating a customer deployment as you are rolling up your sleeves on broader operational challenges. You'll work across internal teams, external partners, and customers to deliver right-first-time outcomes, using AI-enabled tools to make that process sharper and more consistent every time. If you love seeing projects land cleanly, and the handoff to business-as-usual feel seamless this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Delivery & Experience: Own the end-to-end delivery journey for new customers from project kick off through to a confident, successful go-live. Be the primary point of contact for customers during the delivery phase, keeping communication proactive and clear. Deliver customer training and initial technical guidance to accelerate time to value and set customers up for long-term success. Support customers in realising a tangible return on their investment.
- Project & Operational Delivery: Develop and manage delivery plans, co-ordinating timelines and activities across internal teams and external partners. Carry out solution commissioning, ensuring every deployment meets our quality standards before handover. Maintain a clear and accurate audit trail of all delivery activity, keeping stakeholders informed at every stage. Ensure smooth, well-documented handovers to the Service Delivery team so nothing is lost in transition to BAU. Flex into broader operational activities as needed in support of our business objectives.
- AI & Continuous Improvement: Use AI tools to bring consistency, speed, and visibility to the delivery process from project tracking to customer communications. Identify patterns across deployments and feed insights back into how we design and deliver at scale. Contribute to building a delivery experience that feels effortless for customers, even when the complexity behind it is anything but.
What We are Looking For:
- Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience in managing projects and delivery.
- An interest or relevant experience in the IoT or connected technology environment.
