Overview: Persian Language Specialist – AI Trainer role inviting Persian language experts to help shape the future of AI. You will contribute high-quality training data and evaluate language model behavior to advance linguistic understanding and model reliability for Persian speakers.
We’re looking for professionals who live and breathe Persian grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics. You will challenge advanced language models on topics such as verb conjugation, sentence structure, ezāfe constructions, register and politeness levels, regional dialects, and nuances of the Persian writing system, documenting failure modes to improve model reasoning.
On a typical day, you will:

- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
