ML Engineer Specialist – AI Trainer

Contract – Remote – Mid‑Senior Level

What You’ll Do

  • Iterate on applied ML tasks that improve model reasoning from baseline solutions to optimized workflows.
  • Evaluate scientific writing by comparing research abstracts and introductions using review rubrics such as NeurIPS guidelines for clarity, correctness, and impact.
  • Debug advanced model behavior, probing LLMs on optimization, fairness, regularization, transformers, and applied NLP, documenting failure modes.
  • Design new benchmark tasks by identifying datasets, analyzing state‑of‑the‑art papers, building evaluation scripts, and providing reference implementations.
  • Improve training datasets by delivering structured feedback that makes AI outputs more accurate, reliable, and useful.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong background in machine learning, NLP, or data science.
