Overview

Medical Specialist – AI Trainer role for medical professionals to help power AI models. You will work with high-quality training data to support the next generation of AI in healthcare, education, research, and clinical work.

Responsibilities

  • Converse with AI models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions.
  • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
  • Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes to improve model reasoning.
  • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Qualifications

  • An MD or DO is required for this role.
  • Clear, metacognitive communication that explicitly articulates reasoning and decision processes ("showing your work") is essential.
  • Medical professionals with expertise in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, physiology, epidemiology, immunology, and evidence-based medicine are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Terms

  • Pay range: $50 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range.
  • Contract employment with remote work. Contractors supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored health insurance and PTO do not apply.
