Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions in Arabic and English.
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses.
- Document reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
- Challenge advanced language models on topics such as differential diagnosis, drug interactions, treatment protocols, pathophysiology, clinical trial design, public health interventions, and diagnostic imaging interpretation.
- Provide clear, metacognitive communication by articulating reasoning and decision processes when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Active medical license as a nurse (RN, BSN, or equivalent) or physician (MD or DO) is required.
- Alternatively, a master's or PhD in a health sciences discipline with verifiable clinical experience, peer-reviewed publications, hospital-based practice, or involvement in public health projects may qualify.
- Strong command of Arabic; ability to operate in English as well.
- Clear, explicit communication of reasoning and decision processes when documenting work.
Compensation and Engagement
- Pay range: $6 to $65 per hour, determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offers may vary from the listed range.
- Contract employment; as a contractor, you'll provide a secure computer and high-speed internet. Company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
