- Build and maintain a scalable design system and reusable components using Shadcn UI and Tailwind CSS.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to design API contracts and ensure seamless data integration.
- Work with designers to deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly UI implementations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining front-end applications in production environments.
- Proficient in React.js, JavaScript, and React Native, with a solid foundation in TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend integration.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Understanding of performance optimization and cross-platform compatibility.
- Familiar with Git-based workflows for collaborative development.
- Experience working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.
Project Overview & Deliverables
- UI Development & Architecture: Develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces. Build and maintain a scalable design system and reusable components using Shadcn UI and Tailwind CSS.
- Integration & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with backend engineers to design API contracts and ensure seamless data integration. Work with designers to deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly UI implementations.
- Performance & Quality: Optimize load times, rendering performance, and runtime efficiency for large-scale applications. Implement and maintain automated testing for front-end components.
Description Of Services
- Implement UI components based on design specifications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Maintain and enhance existing front-end applications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Debug and fix issues in collaboration with QA and senior developers.
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and team guidelines in version control (Git).
- Integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to system performance improvements by identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
Pay: We offer a pay range of $30+ per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet; company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
