You should have deep expertise in M&A deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning, with a solid understanding of both legal and financial frameworks governing transactions.
You’ll collaborate with advanced AI systems on topics such as financial modeling, regulatory compliance, negotiation strategy, transaction documentation, and corporate governance—evaluating model outputs for accuracy, logic, and practical applicability, and identifying opportunities to improve reasoning and analytical depth.
Responsibilities Review and assess AI-generated content related to M&A scenarios.
