This internship offers the opportunity to support the day-to-day activities of our London gallery across operations, events, marketing, and sales. The intern will contribute to maintaining the gallery’s image and presentation, while assisting with events, installations, and other activities taking place in the space. The role will also involve creating and updating marketing and sales materials, including catalogues, presentations, and other communication documents, working closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate stock movements, deliveries, and furniture loans with designers and local carriers.

Maintain accurate stock records and support sales enquiries regarding availability.

Assist with event planning, supplier coordination, installations, and on-site management.

Support the day-to-day presentation and image of the London gallery.

Coordinate events and activations with Invisible Collection partners and designers.

Create and update marketing and sales materials, including catalogues, presentations, and product documents.

Assist with photoshoots, interviews, press events, and external communications.

Support the Marketing and Sales teams on ongoing projects and initiatives.

Monitor marketing performance across social media, press coverage, and newsletters.
