We're looking for attorneys with substantial litigation experience who can challenge advanced AI models with realistic legal scenarios, assess their reasoning, and identify opportunities for improvement. You'll work on topics such as statutory interpretation, judicial reasoning, precedent analysis, legal citation formats, case brief construction, and evidentiary standardsâdocumenting performance gaps to strengthen model reasoning.
On a typical day, you will engage in substantive legal dialogue with the model, evaluate its responses for factual accuracy and analytical rigor, identify reproducible failure points, and collaborate with our team to refine prompts and improve evaluation metrics.
A JD and active law license are required. Significant litigation experienceâwhether gained in trial work, appellate advocacy, or other contested mattersâis expected. Ideal candidates may also bring a history of publication, prior clerkships, teaching experience, or subject matter specialization. The ability to articulate legal reasoning clearly and precisely is essential.

We offer a pay range of $50 to $75 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location.
