We support partners across production, publishing, finance, data, and international expansion, operating deeply inside the business, not as external consultants.

not
for hobbyists or casual gamers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a
Business Development Intern with real gaming industry knowledge
β€” someone who understands how studios operate, how games are financed, produced, published, and scaled.

This is a
full-time (6-8 hours/day), high-responsibility internship
designed as a
direct pipeline into a permanent role
at Inviox Studios.

This is
not a part-time or student side role

This is
not for people whose only experience is \"playing games\"

What We Mean by \"Gaming Industry Knowledge\"

You should already be familiar with concepts such as:

  • Game development pipelines (art, engineering, production, QA)
  • Publishing models, co-development, work-for-hire, and IP ownership
  • How studios are funded and how projects are greenlit
  • Live ops, monetization models, platforms, and regional markets
  • The commercial realities of running a game studio

If these are new concepts to you, this role is
not
a fit.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify game studios, IPs, and partnership opportunities
  • Support outbound business development (email, LinkedIn, warm intros)
  • Prepare studio briefs, deal summaries, and internal opportunity notes
  • Maintain and update BD pipeline tracking (CRM / Notion / Sheets)
  • Support pitch decks, one-pagers, and partner-facing materials
  • Assist senior team members in live deal discussions and follow-ups

Time Commitment & Structure

  • Full-time commitment:
    6-8 hours per day
  • Unpaid internship period
  • High ownership and direct exposure to senior operators

We expect the same level of professionalism as a full-time employee

  • Quality and relevance of sourced leads
  • Number of meaningful outbound conversations initiated
  • Accuracy and usefulness of research and briefs
  • Pipeline discipline and follow-through
  • Speed of learning and improvement
  • Commercial understanding of Inviox\'s positioning

Conversion to Full-Time Role

Upon successful completion of the internship and meeting performance expectations, we will extend a
full-time job offer
with:

  • Minimum Β£30,000-
    Β£60,000
    annual salary
  • Full coverage benefits
  • Clear growth path within Business Development / Partnerships

Conversion is based strictly on performance, not time served
