The Role
We are seeking a General Partner (GP II) to become the face of ICV and lead capital formation and fund management. This role is for a proven leader who has personally led or overseen $25M+ in exits, sell-outs, M&A, or VC fundraising within the gaming industry.
You will combine fundraising leadership, investment strategy, and portfolio oversight, backed by a deep, hands‑on execution engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising efforts (LPs, family offices, strategic gaming investors).
- Act as the public and industry-facing representative of ICV.
- Lead and approve investments across gaming studios, publishers, platforms, and gaming tech.
- Oversee portfolio companies in partnership with Inviox Studios’ execution and operating teams.
- Drive exits, M&A processes, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives.

- $25M+ track record in exits, sell-outs, M&A, or VC fundraising withi
