We are looking for someone who can deliver, and where possible exceed regional targets across sales performance, partner programme growth and marketing impact. Develop and execute clear, ambitious strategic plans to accelerate growth across priority market segments. Provide high-quality reporting on performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement. Lead, inspire and grow high-performing regional teams, attracting top talent and supporting ongoing development and progression. Partner closely with Sales Leadership to design and deliver impactful, ongoing training that strengthens capability and performance across the organisation. Champion clear, consistent communication across the region, ensuring strong alignment with global priorities and fostering a unified, high-performing culture. Play a key role in shaping and evolving commercial strategy, sharing insights.
