We are looking for someone who can deliver, and where possible exceed regional targets across sales performance, partner programme growth and marketing impact. Develop and execute clear, ambitious strategic plans to accelerate growth across priority market segments. Provide high-quality reporting on performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement. Lead, inspire and grow high-performing regional teams, attracting top talent and supporting ongoing development and progression. Partner closely with Sales Leadership to design and deliver impactful, ongoing training that strengthens capability and performance across the organisation. Champion clear, consistent communication across the region, ensuring strong alignment with global priorities and fostering a unified, high-performing culture. Play a key role in shaping and evolving commercial strategy, sharing insights and best practice.
You may have:
- Bachelor’s degree; candidates with an engineering background complemented by an MBA will be highly regarded.
- A proven track record of 10+ years in senior Commercial/Sales leadership within the energy sector ideally spanning solar, wind or storage.
- A strong grasp of design and build projects, development cycles and end-to-end sales delivery.
- Exceptional technical insight combined with robust financial acumen specific to the UK energy market.
- Highly polished interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach that builds trust and drives alignment across stakeholders.
- A compelling negotiator and influencer, able to navigate complexity, overcome barriers and consistently deliver commercial success.
- Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise effectively, meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-growing business operating within a dynamic and evolving market.
