Invigorate Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to work for a well-established organisation based within Wetherby. Our client has been serving the global hospitality and contract market for a decade and is a leader in the manufacture and supply of luxury outdoor furniture. They are known for attention to detail and commitment to quality; their furniture is designed, specified, and manufactured for longevity and ease of maintenance.
This is an interesting and varied, customer-centric role, working with the Project Manager, assisting with quotations and blended with other customer service functions, including:
- Liaising with customers regarding shipping of orders
- Managing and sending samples and quotations
- Liaising directly with an array of global business clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing sales orders
- Checking and acknowledging customer orders
- Responding to client enquiries
- Assisting the Project Manager with goods being exported
- Liaising with carriers regarding customs clearance for goods
- Raising order confirmations to clients
- Sending out samples
- Liaising with business locations worldwide
- Updating and advising the client/representatives with scheduled deliveries to site and installation dates
Experience Required:
- Candidates need to have worked within a similar administration support role
- Excellent customer service skills within a B2B environment
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
