Invigorate recruitment are very pleased to be working with a global engineering and facilities maintenance company who are looking for an Exports Logistics Coordinator to join their experienced team in their Harrogate offices.
Job purpose: This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional candidate with an eye for detail in completing documentation for their products to be exported worldwide. You will report to the Export Logistics Manager and provide essential international order processing, documentation, customer service and shipping assistance, ensuring compliance with all dangerous goods, export and communication requirements. Ensuring that documentation is compliant with all export legislation - whether transporting by Road, Sea or Air, is a critical part of the role and submitting NES entries through CHIEF.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and validate export documentation, invoices, CDS declarations, Dangerous Goods Notes, and certified documents.
- Coordinate FCA/DAP shipments, container bookings, and airfreight with freight forwarders.
- Ensure compliance with customs.
